Dear Mr Chu Van Thuan.
Having just returned from our trip in Vietnam and Cambodia I would like to give you some feedback on our experiences.
Firstly, we loved all the hotels you chose for us but especially the Caravelle in Saigon. We found everything at the Caravelle so friendly and everyone so helpful.
Regarding our guides, our guide in Phnom Penh(Narath) was the best we had and we really liked him and the way he related to us. His knowledge was first class and his passion for his country admirable. He also spoke the best English of our guides.
Lastly I have to say that we both picked up traveller's diarrhoea which we think (but can't prove) we picked up at the dinner and dance place we attended on new year's eve. I might say the food there was definitely sub standard although the dancing show was nice.
We did have a few hitches in our program because as we had been in Vietnam before with you we did not want to do the same thing twice but the guides were flexible enough to sort that out.
Overall we loved our experiences in Vietnam and Cambodia and would certainly recommend your company to our friends if they were looking for luxury travel in Vietnam or Cambodia.

I am sorry that it took me so long to get back to you with a final review of our tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.
We would like to thank you for helping us arrived at the final itinerary, and to Luxury Travel Vietnam company for fulfilling it even though we encountered adverse weather conditions in Hue. The rain that fell for two days before we arrived and on the morning of our arrival left several sites on our agenda flooded. The guide selected other sites that were very interesting to replace the flooded locations.
We had some concerns before we left on the tour that because you are a Vietnamese company, we may incur some problems in Cambodia and Thailand. We are glad to let you know that none of these concerns materialized. We were met by your company guides, on time, when we arrived at all the cities on our Itinerary.
We enjoyed the tour very much and learned a lot about your country’s history. The restaurants you chose for us to have lunch at were outstanding and the food very tasty. The accommodations you arranged for us was wonderful.
The guides we had in Vietnam and Cambodia were very good. Mr. Nam in Hanoi did a very good job of conveying to us the history of Vietnam and provided us a lot of information about Vietnam that was new to us. Our guide in Siam Reap Mr. Hang Phany was very knowledgeable and made our stay in Siam reap very interesting and enjoyable. He added to itinerary a visit to Angkor Wat temple at sunrise.
Bangkok was also the only place that the guide did not take us back to the airport, and the driver on that day did not speak English.
In summary we enjoy the tour very much and will recommend your company to our friends. If you need any recommendation in the US feel free to give our E-mail address and our phone to any of your prospective customers.
