Our cabin on second floor with a wonderful view, was great and very comfortable with good air conditioning. The food was fantastic, plenty to eat and the drinks were reasonably priced. We had no issues with security and felt completely safe, and even left our valuables in our cabin with peace of mind, even though a safe was available. Our only regret was that we didn't do the two-night cruise."

Your guide, Ms Nhung, did an excellent job in showing me Ha Long Bay and Hanoi. I would recommend that, if your clients have time, more time should be spent at Ha Long Bay. I had no idea how spectacular it was. Prior coming to Vietnam several friends had told me about it, most unfortunately had seen it in fog!!! I was very lucky.
