Accommodation

Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai includes 98 remarkably spacious accommodations: 64 pavilions, 12 villas and 22 Resort villas and residences with one, two, three or four bedrooms. All feature polished teak wood floors, rich Thai cotton decorations and beautiful Siamese art under a vaulted ceiling with cooling overhead fans. Technology incorporates a satellite television, DVD player and wireless Internet access. The oversized bathroom features a double vanity, a separate shower and a deep soaking bathtub – with windows overlooking a secluded garden planted with ferns and tropical plants.

All accommodations include a covered outdoor veranda – known as a sala – that features a wood floor and a high ceiling with fan. A northern Thai-style daybed and chairs are perfect for reading or meditation, while the dining table invites romantic breakfasts or intimate dinner parties. Enchanting views highlight gardens, terraced rice paddies and mountains in the distance.

Upper Rice Terrace Pavilion

Housed in two-storey clusters of four, the Upper Rice Terrace Pavilions offer a luxurious living space with a vaulted ceiling and a private outdoor Thai sala with a spectacular panoramic view of the Suthep mountain range and the Resort's working rice paddy fields.

Lower Rice Terrace Pavilion

Housed in two-storey clusters of four, the Lower Rice Terrace Pavilions offer a luxurious living space and a private outdoor Thai sala with views of the Resort's working rice paddy fields.

Lanna Pavilion

Located throughout the Resort and offering views of the Resort's gardens and the mountains beyond, the Lanna Pavilions are housed in two-storey clusters with traditional Northern Thai decorations, luxurious living space and a private outdoor Thai sala.

Garden Pavilion

Housed in two-storey clusters of four, the Garden Pavilions offer a luxurious living space and a private outdoor Thai sala nestled amidst the Resort's lush tropical gardens.

  • Each pavilion features polished teak floors, rich Thai cotton decorations and beautiful Siamese art under a vaulted ceiling with cooling overhead fans.
  • The Thai sala offers additional private outdoor living space with a wood floor, high ceiling with fan, northern Thai-style daybed, dining table and chairs.

Pool Villa

With views of the Suthep mountain range and tropical gardens, the one-bedroom Pool Villas provide maximum privacy while allowing easy access to all the Resort's facilities. More like a private home than a guest room, these villas offer 77 square metres (829 square feet) of indoor living space. Take a dip in the 24-square-metre (258-square-foot) private pool, or lounge on the sundeck.

  • With 282 square metres (3,034 square feet) of outdoor living space, including a private garden, a dining pavilion and a sundeck, these villas also feature built-in teak furniture and Daeng Campus wood flooring.

In addition to a daily Continental breakfast buffet, Sala Mai Rim's menu also includes a variety of hot breakfast dishes prepared with local organic eggs and fruits and vegetables from the Resort's own organic garden and the Royal Project garden nestled in the nearby hills.

To accompany breakfast is a selection of local organic honey with flavours that change according to the seasons, such as rambutan, sunflower, sesame, longan, lychee and sabsua.
