2 Pool villas facing the sea - Pool villas with over 120 square metres of spacious comfort in the ultimate beach front location with stunning view over Kata Beach. Children younger than 10 years are not permitted in the Dolphin Pool Villas.

3 Suites facing the sea - Spacious suites of over 84 square metres including balcony, with uninterrupted sea view just steps away from the beach. Intensive refurbishing in August 2009 including new soft-furnishings, comfortable water hyacinth furniture and white marble entrance. Mom Tri's Boathouse Regatta at Royal Phuket Marina

The newest restaurant of Mom Tri Devakul offers waterfront gourmet dining in a relaxed atmosphere. The open-air restaurant with terrace right next to the boardwalk has a stylish, modern interior. Maître-Cuisinier de France Jean-Noël Lumineau and Chef Tummanoon Punchun created a menu combining the most popular dishes of the internationally renowned Boathouse Wine & Grill with new recipes. Pre-dinner cocktails, wines and Champagne can be enjoyed at the Regatta bar with daily Happy Hour from 17:00 to 19:00h.

Live Bossa Nova Duo on Thursday and Saturday evenings.

Also on Thursday and Saturday evenings, a 3-course gourmet menu is available besides the regular Regatta menu.

Wines from the extensive wine cellar with over 200 labels can also be purchased for consumption at home. Complimentary WiFi available.

The Boathouse Wine and Grill

The internationally renowned restaurant with its beach front terrace and stylish interior presents the perfect tropical location for an excellent lunch or dinner directly on Kata Beach. Boathouse Executive Chef Tummanoon together with Mom Tri's Restaurants' consultant, Maître Cuisinier de France Jean-Noël Lumineau, have created a menu that promises the finest French, seafood and Thai dishes.

Children under the age of eight are welcome until 20:00h.

The Boathouse Wine Cellar

Mom Tri's Boathouse wine cellar has been distinguished by the Wine Spectator since 1995 with the 'Award of Excellence'. In August 2006 and consecutively years, The Wine Spectator further honoured the Boathouse with the even more prestigious 'Best of Award of Excellence' as the first and the only establishment in Thailand. The Boathouse's outstanding wine list with over 750 labels combined with the superb menu guarantee a memorable evening. Furthermore 26 fine wines, Port and Champagne are also available by the glass.

The Galley Bar

The place of choice to enjoy a leisurely drink or to sample some of the Boathouse's exotic tropical cocktails at the comfortable bar. Add the finishing touch to your evening with a nightcap and your choice of a selection of Havana cigars from our Fitting Finals menu. Live entertainment nightly.

The Island Lounge

Enjoy panoramic sunset views from the Island Lounge and its adjoining terrace on the upper deck of the Wine & Grill Restaurant. The air-conditioned Island Lounge is available for romantic private dinners, parties and functions upon request.

Leisure

Mom Tri's Boathouse is located directly on Kata Beach near some of the most unspoiled marine environments of the world. Snorkelling and scuba diving are available within a few steps of the hotel.

A choice of boats, from local 'long-tail' boats to speed boats, luxury motor yachts, sailing dinghies and yachts can be chartered for a few hours, a sunset cruise or a day sail. Other offshore adventures include sports fishing, kayaking, windsurfing and surfing.

Land based activities like golf, tennis, safari tours, shopping trips and numerous other day tours can keep one entertained for an entire holiday.
