Day 1. Arrive in Bangkok (D)
Warmly welcome on arrival in Suvarnabhumi International Airport , meet & greet service by our representative. Transfer from the airport to hotel by private air conditioned vehicle with English speaking guide. Check in at the hotel.
Welcome dinner onboard Manorah Cruise. Sail deep into the star-lit Bangkok night with Apsara, an elegant new dinner cruise for the well-heeled gourmand. Navigate the bustling waterways and quaint by lanes of this culinary voyage, as you wine and dine the night away in inimitable fashion. Embark at 19h30 and disembark at 22h00. Overnight in Bangkok
Day 2. Bangkok (B/L)
Morning, take a stroll to visit Grand Place , the most beautiful temple of ancient Siamese court, which used to be the residence of the Kings. Here you will see palaces which were used for different occasion; the Funeral Palace , the Reception Palace , the Throne Hall, the Coronation Hall, the Royal Guest House and the beautiful Emerald Buddha Temple housed the most sacred Buddha Image in Thailand , The Emerald Buddha image.
You proceed by road towards Pakkred to Suan Thip Baan Chao Praya for sumptuous Thai lunch in Traditional Thai garden house overlooking Chao Phraya River .
You continue to Nonthaburi and take leisurely trishaw riding around the market before boarding a long-tailed boat to visit the quiet, rarely visited canals north of Bangkok . Take a long tailboat ride through the Klongs of Nonthaburi to Bangkok which formerly was a part of the original route of Chao Phraya River . You will get a glimpse of and a feeling for the unchanging rhythm of life in the Thai countryside. Enjoy the scenery as you pass through farmyards, villages, fields and orchards. See fruits, vegetables, flowers, temples, teak houses and Thai people going about their daily life. We firstly take a break at a riverside farm house for a fresh coconut juice and chat with the locals. The next stop is at Bang Yai community, a bustling local market place. Explore some non-tourist riverside temples where you can see an eye-striking reclining Buddha and imposing Thai architecture. Enjoy feeding a big school of catfish before cruising back to the city of skyscraper. Disembark at pier in Bangkok and transfer back to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Day 3. Bangkok - Chiang Mai (B)
Free until time to transfer to the airport for the flight to Chiang Mai. Upon arrival in Chiang Mai, welcome at airport and transfer to your hotel. Evening is at leisure. Overnight in Chiang Mai
Day 4. Chiang Mai (B/L/D)
Drive up to Doi Suthep to visit Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep located on a mountain overlooking the city and the most sacred temple in Northern Thailand, containing a holy relic of Lord Buddha, with a challenging flight of over 300 steps, flanked by enormous mythological Nagas. A panoramic view of the city can be seen from here at 3,500 feet above sea level. Lunch at Chaunchom Restaurant, run by Chiang Mai Women Prison Office. The concept of restaurant is to support & help the women prisoner who already been free from prison.
Afterward start by tricycle around the Old City including a visit of City moats and gates. Stop on the way to visit Three Kings Monument to pay respect to the First King of Chiang Mai, King Mengrai where the histories of Chiang Mai begin. Then visit City Art & Cultural Center (closed on Monday), the former palace of King Kawiroros Suriyavongse ). Here learning about every aspect of the city from its pre-history to the present. See how people of different cultural origins and ethnic backgrounds have melted together to form a beautiful local culture that lies at the heart of the magic fascination of Chiang Mai. Continue to visit local market called “Waroros Market”, the lively market in Chiang Mai where you can explore fresh fruits, vegetable, food, necessary items for daily life, etc.
Delight with the finest Afternoon Tea at Vieng Joom On Tea House, followed by a leisure time to stroll around Wat Gate community, one of Chiang Mai's oldest neighborhoods which reflect the uniqueness of Chiang Mai in the old days. The prosperity of Wat Gate area can still be seen, even nowadays, from all the buildings most of which are homes or different ethnic business offices. Walking into this area, we will find religious sites dedicated to Buddhism, Christianity, Islam and Sikh. There are homes which still maintain their old architectural structure, which is almost 100 years old. Visit Wat Gate Local Museum in the Wat Gate Temple . The displayed objects were what people had been handed down from their ancestors from one generation to another. They were lacquerware, crystals, Chinese pottery and other native objects which reflect prosperity and wisdom of the local people.
Evening enjoy sumptuous Thai dinner at Baan Suan Sanpheesua, one of the most beautiful riverside restaurants in Chiang Mai. Overnight in Chiang Mai
Day 5. Chiang Mai (B/L)
Pick up from your hotel and transfer to Patara Elephant Farm. Arrive at the farm. Make registration. Get change to our training outfit. Prepare for training. Training session includes, hiking to find the elephant in the bush. Learn about elephant farm management and our breeding program. Train to approach and be near elephant. Learn to observe elephant temperament. Introducing to every of our elephants. Morning feed. Daily health care for elephant. Pregnancy test for elephant and care taking for mother with small baby. Train to unchain and walk your elephant to the river. Learn about elephant skin care and bath your elephant in the river. Instructed training to get on the elephant neck with difference technique, sitting on the elephant, basic riding skill and spoken commands for elephant Practice on getting upon and coming down from the elephant.
Bare-back riding session. Practice on easy riding trip within the farm and a short trip to visit local temple. Learn about elephant the Buddhism and the believe of the Thais people relate to elephant.
Setting of for a long up hill trip to visit waterfall for picnic lunch and refreshing in the water with your elephant. Elephant riding trip back to the farm for evening feed. Farewell and photo taking with your elephants. Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Chiang Mai
Day 6. Chiang Mai (B)
Today is free at leisure with a wide varieties of optional activities.
Sunrise Balloon Flight over Chiang Mai Optional Tour
- Pick up from your hotel very early in the morning (approx 05h40 – 06h00) and transfer to the Balloon Flight Office.
- Enjoy drinking coffee while watching the Balloon Inflation. Opportunity to assist the crew with the inflation of the balloon.
- With the first rays of sunlight the balloon will lift up from the ground, gracefully and slowly. Flying over the wide plains of the Ping River Valley , there is no better way to see the beauty of North Thailand . The view is surprisingly detailed, giving a breathtaking panoramic view of mountains, terraced rice paddies, and temples. A beautiful flight of approximately one to one and a half hours.
- After landing enjoy a breakfast. Follows the famous balloonists Champagne Celebration.
- As a memento of your balloon flight the pilot will award you with a certificate. Return to your hotel for leisure times

Day 7. Bangkok – Departure (B)
There are no activities planned for today. You enjoy your free time until transfer transfer to Chiang Rai Airport for departure to Bangkok or next destination.
