Life Welness Resort Quy Nhon

We booked with Luxury Travel Co and stayed for 3 nights at the Life Heritage Resort Hoian, in a corner room, which had good privacy. The beds were very comfortable. The food (breakfast included in the room rate) was excellent-in fact most days we did not need lunch! It was more expensive that other places but still a great deal in Western terms. It was wonderful to stay so close to the town also. The view on the Thu Bon River is beautiful. Tonny Pham, Paris, France.

Life Heritage Resort Hoian is a 4-star town resort in the French colonial quarter of the UNESCO world heritage town Hoi An. The tranquil property with 1.2 ha landscaped garden is situated right on the riverbank, 5 minutes walking distance from the bustling market.

Our 94 rooms all offer a bedroom, living area and a private porch. 18 Rooms have a panorama river view.

Our 94 charming studio rooms (all between 36 and 42 m²) are housed in 2- and 3-storey townhouses. A private porch (8 m²) with an outdoor sitting area gives you the feeling of coming home.

The split-level rooms are distinctly separated into a living room with sitting area and working desk, a few steps higher the bedroom area with wardrobe. All our rooms are decorated with selected, hand-made interiors.

A wide selection of coffee and delicious pastries as well as Austrian specialities are served in a traditional Viennese style and atmosphere. The air-conditioned coffeehouse opens onto a tropical terrace overlooking Thu Bon river.

Sightseeing : Hoi An ancient town is itself an attraction with its old houses and temples.

My Son (30 km south): The burial grounds of the former Cham kings, features over 70 monuments spread over a large area.

Danang (40 km north): The "Mouth of the Han River", a formerly important port, is home to the Cham Museum, the largest display of Cham art in the world, the Cao Dai Church and the Danang Cathedral built in 1923. Most notable, the Marble Mountain, also known as the 5 elements mountain, once an important religious Cham spot and an ideal base for guerrillas during the war, with its commanding views of Danang Bay.

Hue, the imperial city (120 km north): Capital of Vietnam during the Nguyen Dynasty, is built on the banks of the Perfume River on the same principles of the Forbidden Palace in Beijing.

How to get there : From Saigon or Hanoi to Danang International airport, the journey takes about an hour. The international airport of Danang provides connections to Bangkok, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Transfer to the hotel.

The 45 minute-transfer from the airport can be arranged by the hotel in a private car or mini-bus.

Regular shuttle bus and boat transfer guests from the hotel to the center of Hoi An.
