• CHILD POLICY :
  + Mandarin Suite: Maximum occupancy is 2 adults & 1 child (under 12 yeas old) per suite using existing bed.
  + No extra bed will be provided to Mandarin Suite and compulsory children breakfast (50% off the contracted rate) will be applied for the child.

Princess d’ Annam Resort & Spa is seated on the pristine bay of Ke Ga 35 km away from Phan Thiet city, Vietnam’s most southeastern province of Binh Thuan.

Villas and Suites

Mandarin Suites: 36 Mandarin Suites with seven offer Twin beds and 29 offer King-sized beds, 11 are adjoining rooms (Double and Double) and seven are connecting rooms (Twin and Double).
Built around a series of two swimming pools, the large 70 square-meter Mandarin Villas have their own private corridors, a luxurious dressing room and separate bathtubs. Guests have the choice of either double or queen-sized beds. All villas come with high-speed internet access and flat-screen TVs.

CHILD POLICY Mandarin Suite:
* A maximum one child (under 12 years) per villa share bed in the room with parents.
* Mandarin Suites cannot accommodate an extra bed.
* Compulsory breakfast for one child (at 50% off adult rates) will apply.

Princess Villas

Each 100 square meter Princess Villa has its own private courtyard, a private plunge pool and a four-poster king size bed. Guests to may experience nature in a whole new way in the Villa’s very unique outdoor bathtub. All villas come with high-speed internet access and flat-screen TVs.

* A maximum two children (under 12 years) may share the villa at no extra change if no extra bed is required.

Empress Villas:
Each of the three two-storey Empress Villas are 185m square meters in size, offering a panoramic view of Kê Gà Bay from the balcony. Guests also have the privilege to soak in their own private infinity pool. All villas come with high-speed internet access and flat-screen TVs.
