Sanctuary Ho Tram is a waterfront community of luxury residential villas and a 5-star resort only 80km from Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam and is prime real estate for expats and Vietnamese who are looking for a unique investment property or a second home.
Sanctuary Residential Resort Community In Ho Tram Commences Construction
Construction has begun on SANCTUARY, a world-class residential community, combining luxury waterfront villas, a luxury boutique hotel, and an array of sports and recreational facilities. Ho Tram in Ba Ria Province is the setting of what is destined to be one of the most naturally spectacular and elegant oceanfront resort communities anywhere in the world. Located 135 kilometers east of Ho Chi Minh City, Sanctuary is only a short trip by car or via the Vung Tau Ferry.

All 67 of the Sanctuary villas have water frontage, international quality design and fit out, and magnificent views. The Premium Beachfront Villas open directly onto the secluded beach; the Premium Riverfront Villas encircle the waterway along the interior island; and the Deluxe Riverfront Villas have river frontage and easy access to the beach.
Resort amenities will include 44 beachfront bungalows, a fully appointed spa, sauna, steam room, fitness centre, tennis courts, swimming pool and lap pool, boating, sea kayak and other water sports, dining facilities and a day camp for children. The entire complex is set to be completed by Q1 2010. At that time, residential owners will have the option to participate in the resort's rental program.
The developers of Sanctuary, REFICO, have launched Phase 1 of the villas, consisting of 34 residences. The project showroom is now open weekdays at 1A Ton Duc Thang, D1, HCMC and the site office in Ho Tram Hamlet is open to the public and welcomes visitors on Saturdays and Sundays.
"Interest in The Residences at Sanctuary has been overwhelming," states David Clarkin, Managing Director of Refico. "We believe there has always been a strong demand from the residents of Ho Chi Minh City for beachfront second homes, and we are the first to provide this product to the market," Mr. Clarkin continues.
Real estate sales efforts are being spearheaded by Savills. Architectural design has been completed by the Ho Chi Minh office of OUT-2 Design, Australia's Burley Katon Halliday are preparing the interior designs. Indochine Engineering Vietnam is in charge of mechanical and engineering (M&E) and Vietnam's HBP is overseeing Project Management.
