This hotel is excellent value, it delivered over expectations with all services all the time. The rooms are new clean and well appointed. everything works and the hotel staff are very profesisonal and friendly. We booked some tours through the travel desk and Hahn was very friendly and helpful showing us all the options etc. proximity wise its just outside the busy backpacker type area wish is nice if you feel like getting back to the west otherwise you can just dissolve into asia and not see another westerner which is a great experience. This hotel delivers above its star rating and is a sure bet. tripadvisor.com
