"I would like to thank you and your staff for the excellent customer service. I have been to Vietnam four times in the past but have not experienced the level of professionalism and promptness that I did when doing business with you and your staff.... I assure you that I will be using you exclusively on my next visit to Vietnam and I will make sure to refer you to any of my colleagues who wish to travel to Vietnam. Warmest reagrds, Robert Alexander Sarkes We absolutely enjoyed our visit to Vietnam and the way we were treated by your Agency and your guides. It was a very good surprise, everything went according to plan, the hotels were good and let me point out that my husband and I were really very pleased to meet all the three guides that were scheduled to show us around. They were very good company, they were impecable and we will never forget them. I can only say the very best about your Agency and the three gentlemen as everything was perfect from the moment we contacted you until the end. You can rest assured that we have already told some friends about you and one of them has already asked us to give her all the information as it is in her plans to visit your country in a near future". Kind regards and wishing you all the best, Eduarda and Amandio Cabeleira (Portuga pilot and his spouse, joined us for this special trip)
“I just had to write to thank you for a fantastic holiday with Luxury Vietnam Travel. You surpassed all expectations! The hotels (and Indochina Sails junk) that were chosen were all excellent and the restaurant stops while travelling from place to place were all very good and the food delicious. Finally, a big thank you to our wonderful guides. Ha in Hanoi was so patient and his timing was perfect. Huy in Sapa was very funny and such a character. Binh in the central region was extremely knowledgeable and Miss Trang in Ho Chin Minh City was a little sweetheart. I would recommend your company to anyone and one day I hope to revisit Vietnam and your company will be my first call when I do. Once again, thank you so much for making our holiday very memorable and a great experience.” Lorraine Cousins - Peterborough, England
“Roch and I had a memoreable trip to Vietman. Our only wish was we had more time to take everything in and enjoy more sites. We had wanted to also visit Cambodia but will ensure we do this on our next visit. Luxury travel is a company I would highly recommend. Anyone who is looking for a full service travel company to handle EVERYTHING will be very pleased with Luxury Travel. Roch and I were very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of our tour guides. We were especially impressed with Ha who was our guide in northern Vietnam (Hanoi and Halong Bay region). Ha, together with our driver were extremely kind and helpful at all times. No request went unanswered. The quality of the hotels were outstanding in both northern and southern Vietnam. We would certainly recommend the Sofitel Metropole in Hanoi and the Park Hyatt in Saigon. Both hotels meet the standards of the most discerning traveller. Thank you to Luxury Travel for a memorable trip” Roch and Lisa Beaulieu - Toronto ,Canada
“Greg and I had a wonderful time, thanks to the dedication of your staff. All our transfers, and sightseeing went off well, and the standard of accommodation was of a particularly high level. Both the Hotel Metropole, in Hanoi, and the Amansara in Siem Reap were amazing. We also really enjoyed our conversations with the English speaking guides, who gave us personal insight into life in their countries. All were flexible, and proffessional , but special mention must be made of our guide in Hoi Ann, and Hue. Harn ( not sure if that's the correct spelling) who runs her own business, and was subcontracted by Luxury Travel was outstanding. She was informative, obliging, and fun, and gave great value for money. Hope that feedback is of assistance” Kind regards, Elizabeth

We will certainly visit your lovely country again and undoubtedly, we will arrange our trip through Luxury Travel. Many of our friends have viewed our Vietnam holiday photos and have expressed interest in making a similar trip, having seen and heard from us about our wonderful experience. They have asked for the name of the travel company we used and of course, I have given them the contact of Luxury Travel. I am sure some of them will be contacting you.
